Rescheduling, Cancellation & No-Show Policy • A $5 rescheduling fee will be applied for appointments rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled time. • After three reschedules, the appointment will be considered a cancellation, and the appropriate cancellation fee will apply. Booking Restrictions: • Any client without a valid card on file who no-shows or cancels within 48 hours will be issued an invoice. • The client will be placed on our no-booking list until the balance is paid in full.
