CANCELLATION POLICY
Rescheduling, Cancellation & No-Show Policy • A $5 rescheduling fee will be applied for appointments rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled time. • After three reschedules, the appointment will be considered a cancellation, and the appropriate cancellation fee will apply. Cancellation Fees range from • Haircut: • Color Service: • Specialty Color Service: No-Show Policy: • No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the booked service price. Booking Restrictions: • Any client without a valid card on file who no-shows or cancels within 48 hours will be issued an invoice. • The client will be placed on our no-booking list until the balance is paid in full. Important Notice: • These policies apply only to Hidden Harbor Salon (HHS) employees. • Independent contractors set and enforce their own policies, which may vary based on your provider.
